| 摘 要： | 输油管道改输天然气既可以优化城市燃料结构，又可以使油管道的残值充分利用，但在实施这一改输工作前有一系列的问题存在。给出了管道剩余强度、剩余寿命问题的评价方法，针对改输后管道会出现的内腐蚀及天然气水合物问题，给出了解决问题的思路、方法及措施。

| Abstract: | Transmitting natural gas with oil pipeline both optimizes the city fuel structure and utilizes the surplus value of oil pipcline with super low throughput. However,there are many problems in this transformation. The systematical study on this transformation of pipeline is carried out. An assessment on the residual strength and life of oil pipeline is made. In the light of the problems of internal corrosion and hydrate possi bly produced after the transformation of pipeline, some effective approaches, methods and measures are presented. |
