摘    要:提出了长输管道加热输送原油时对泵特性的影响及特性粘度换算的动态处理方法,实现了修正系数的态搜寻及泵性能自动换算的目标,针对输油管道泵管耦合进行了运行优化分析,对先泵后炉及先炉后泵两种工艺的运行经济性进行了计算比较,计算结果表明,该方法具有良好的工程精度及实用性,进泵原油粘度对泵流量,扬程影响较小,但对泵较大,采用先泵后炉工艺,在不考虑泵粘性影响的情况下,动力费和总运费分别上升10%和4%以上,这说明泵的粘性影响在优化分析时不可忽略,若采用先炉后泵工艺,则可以很大程度上消除泵的粘性影响。

Abstract:The numerical method is suggested in the paper,by which the correction coefficient on pump behavior caused by oil viscosity can be dynamically searched and characteristic curve can be automatically converted. The optimization analysis, including the oil viscosity influence on the pump, is performed on oil runningscheme of pipeline. The comparison on the operation economy is made for two transport techniques-pumping-first and heating-first. The results show that the method outlined has excellent numerical precision and is particularly useful in practice engineering activity. They also show that the influence of oil viscosity to pump efficiency is much bigger than pumping capacity and pumping pressure. Adopting pumping-first process,without considering the influence of oil viscosity,the power cost and overall transport cost respectively increase 10% and 4%,which indicates that the oil viscosity influence of pump can not ignore in the optimization analysis. This process can eliminate the viscosity influence of pump to a great extent.
