| 摘 要： | CPA恒温扩增技术为检验检疫基层实验室开展筛选检测和监控提供了有效的技术手段,应用登革病毒核酸快速提纯器和登革病毒RT-恒温扩增-防污染核酸快速诊断试剂盒,对苏州口岸捕获的登革媒介进行核酸提取和病毒检测,结果显示:该试剂盒检测结果与RT-PCR结果完全一致;2种核酸提取方法效率相当,对试验结果无影响;登革病毒核酸快速诊断试剂盒配合核酸快速提纯器完全适用于检疫现场快速检测.
