雷州山羊心脏乳头肌及腱索的形态学观察

为了保护和发展雷州山羊优势品种和丰富家畜解剖学的内容,用大体解剖学方法观察了15头雷州山羊心脏乳头肌和腱索的形态学特点.结果:①右心室内8例有3群乳头肌,分别为隔前乳头肌、隔后乳头肌和壁乳头肌,且仅1例的隔前乳头肌形成了较典型的乳头肌;而另7例心脏隔前乳头肌缺如.隔后乳头肌群中有大小2种乳头肌,且以大乳头肌为主,大乳头肌可分为附着型、游离型和中间型3种类型.其中,5例大乳头肌附近有小乳头肌,3例仅由3～5个小乳头肌组成,另外7例是仅由1～2个大乳头肌组成的.壁乳头肌群是由1个或2个大乳头肌组成的,乳头肌皆为游离型.②左心室内有2个乳头肌,即壁前乳头肌及壁后乳头肌,2个乳头肌均很发达,皆为附着型.同时还就乳头肌的形态、腱索的类型及连接方式等进行了描述.结论:雷州山羊长期生活在热带、亚热带气候条件下,其心脏乳头肌及腱索具有一定的地域形态特征.

Morphologic Observation on The Cardiac Papillary Muscle and Chordae Tendineae of Leizhou Goat
