玉米浸泡液蛋白质的超滤分离研究

摘    要:以玉米浸泡液为原料,研究超滤溶液pH值、操作压力、操作温度等参数对超滤过程的影响,通过正交实验确定了最优的超滤工艺条件为:超滤压力为0.1MPa,超滤温度为45℃,超滤pH值为7.5。

Abstract:The separation and concentration of protein in corn steep liquor were carried out by ultrafiltration membrane. The effects of several parameters such as pH,the pressure,the temperature on the ultrafiltration process were investigated. The optimal conditions for the ultrafiltration were finally determined that are respectively 0.10 MPa,45 ℃,pH 7.5.
