高燕麦草苗期耐盐性鉴定及综合评价

摘    要:在浓度分别为0.35%、0.45%、0.55%、0.65%、0.85%的NaCl胁迫下,对23份自俄罗斯引进的野生高燕麦草(Arrhenatherum elatiusL.)种质材料进行了苗期耐盐性鉴定,测定在盐胁迫下存活率、株高、分蘖数、植株干重、质膜相对透性的变化,并对材料耐盐性强弱进行综合评价。结果表明:高燕麦草在浓度0.35%~0.65%的NaCl胁迫下表现出较好的耐盐性,属于中等耐盐牧草;各供试材料间耐盐性差异较大,材料ZXY-367综合评价值为0.921 1,耐盐性最强;材料ZXY-45、ZXY-443综合评价值分别为0.593 40、.562 9,耐盐性最差。

Abstract:The survival rate, plant height, tiller number, dry weight and electric conductivity were tested to determine the effects of NaCl stress at 0.35%, 0.45%, 0.55%, 0.65% and 0.85% on wild Arrhenatherum elatius L. ,seedling which were from Russia, respectively. The results showed that Arthenatherum elatius L. was middle salt-tolerance forage that can resist the NaCl stress at 0.35% - 0.65% and different test pieces beared different degrees of salt concentration. By contrast with the change, ZXY-367 had the strongest salt-tolerance in test pieces, ZXY-45 and ZXY-443 were the poor.
