超声波辅助法萃取马齿苋多糖的研究

摘    要:为确定马齿苋多糖的最佳提取工艺,采用超声波辅助法提取马齿苋多糖,通过单因素实验与正交实验对其提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:超声波辅助法提取马齿苋多糖的最佳提取工艺为:超声波功率130 W,提取时间55 min,提取温度75℃,液料比45∶1,多糖的平均得率为13.28%。该方法的提取效果好,工艺简单可行,可为马齿苋多糖的工业化生产提供参考。

Abstract:To determine the optimum extraction technology,ultrasonic assisted extraction of polysaccharide from Portulaca oleracea L.were studied,and optimized through single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that ultrasonic power 130 W,extraction time 55 min,extraction temperature 75℃,ratio of solvent to raw material 45∶1,and the average extraction yield of polysaccharide was 13.28%.The extraction technology was effective and simpler,and it could provided a reference data for industrial production.
