摘    要:介绍了植物蜡质的成分、性质、形态结构、合成和输出及其在果蔬贮藏中的作用,展望了表面蜡质在果蔬贮藏保鲜方面的应用,以期为充分利用表层蜡质提高果蔬贮藏质量提供参考。

Abstract:This paper discussed the compositions,characters,structure feathers and its synthesis and export pathway of the plant wax.The functions of the wax on the storage of fruits and vegetables were also discussed and the application of wax on the storage of fruits and vegetables were forecast,which might be used to improve the storage quality of fruits and vegetables.
