玉米株高主基因+多基因遗传模型分析

摘    要:以玉米杂交组合PH4CV/昌7-2(组合I)和PH6WC/7873(组合Ⅱ)的6世代P1、P2、F1、B1、B2、F2为试验材料,在春播和夏播条件下,研究玉米株高的主基因+多基因遗传规律。结果表明,春播条件下,组合Ⅰ的株高符合E-3模型,组合Ⅱ的株高符合E-1模型;夏播条件下,组合I和组合Ⅱ的株高均符合C-0模型。春播条件下,组合Ⅰ和组合Ⅱ株高均以主基因遗传为主;夏播条件下,组合Ⅰ和组合Ⅱ株高均表现为多基因遗传。在利用这两个组合对株高进行遗传改良时,在不同的环境条件下应该采用不同的选育方法。

Abstract:The joint segregation analysis of major genes plus polygenes mixed inheritance model was applied to study the genetic rules of plant height.The six generations of crossⅠ(PH4CV/Chang7-2) and crossⅡ(PH6WC/7873),P1,P2,F1,B1,B2 and F2 were investigated in spring and summer sowing environment.The results showed that plant height was controlled by model E-3 in crossⅠ and by model E-1 in crossⅡ under spring sowing environment.In summer sowing environment,the optimal model of plant height was both C-0 model in crossⅠ and cross Ⅱ.In spring sowing environment,plant height was controlled or mainly controlled by major genes in both crosses.But in summer sowing environment,plant height was governed or mainly governed by polygenes in two crosses.While genetic improvement of plant height would be done by crossⅠ and crossⅡ,different methods were utilized in different environmental conditions.
