摘    要:[目的]研究水分胁迫对桂花幼苗生长性状和几个生理指标的影响。[方法]在盆栽条件下,设置5个水分胁迫梯度(分别为土壤田间持水量的10%、20%、40%、60%、80%)进行试验。[结果]桂花在各处理环境下的苗高生长情况和地茎生长情况及叶片叶绿素含量和根系活力情况均表现依次为:60%田间持水量〉40%田间持水量〉20%田间持水量〉80%田间持水量〉10%田间持水量,脯氨酸含量表现为:10%田间持水量〉20%田间持水量〉80%田间持水量〉40%田间持水量〉60%田间持水量。[结论]桂花苗木对土壤水分环境具有一定的适应范围。
