摘    要:植酸盐水解制取的肌醇,是维生素B族之一,有良好的生理与保健作用。为了提升植酸盐的水解率,选用脱脂米糠为原料,引入离子交换技术吸附植酸,再用烧碱做洗脱剂,可以得到较多的植酸钠。通过单因素与正交试验,优化了植酸纳提取肌醇的水解工艺条件。正交试验以吸附液流速、洗脱液流速和洗脱液浓度为因子,结果显示,提取的最佳条件是吸附液流速1 mLmin,洗脱液流速2 mLmin,洗脱液浓度5.5%的NaOH溶液。

Abstract:Inositol hydrolyzed by phytic acid salt,is a member of vitamin B family and it can play an important role on physiological and health-care function.In order to enhance hydrolysis rate of phytic acid salt,abundant phytic acid salt was extracted by applying ion exchange technology to adsorb phytic acid and took caustic soda as eluent through using defatted rice bran as raw material.Technical conditions of inositol extracted from phytic acid hydrolysis were studied and optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment.Factors of orthogonal experiment were adsorption solvent flow rate,eluent flow rate and eluent concentration.Results showed that best condition of extraction was adsorption solvent flow rate 1 mLmin,eluent flow rate 2 mLmin,NaOH eluent concentration 5.5%.
