细菌对烤烟叶片结构及化学成分的影响

摘    要:采用单因素随机区组设计,研究了YX12、YX21和YX33细菌对烤烟K326烟叶叶片结构和化学成分的影响.结果表明,叶面喷施细菌菌液,可降低叶片厚度,增加叶表皮腺毛密度,有利于改善叶片结构;并可增加有机酸、总酚和石油醚提取物含量,降低淀粉和类胡萝卜素含量,有利于改善烟叶品质.以YX21处理上部叶效果较好,YX12处理中部叶效果较好.

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to study the effects of bacteria on leaf structure and chemical components of flue-cured tobacco,by using randomized block design.The results showed that the thickness of tobacco leaves implying microbial agents was decreased and trichome density was increased.The components of organic acid,total phenols and petroleum ether extracts was increased and the components of starch and carotenoid was decreased.The treatment of implying YX21 in upper leaves was better and the treatment of implying YX12 in middle leaves was better.
