摘    要:玉米须黄酮及其单体生产成本高的原因主要是纯化成本高,在比较了传统提纯方法和最近出现的动态轴向压缩色谱法的基础上,提出了模拟移动床动态轴向压缩色谱法纯化玉米须黄酮单体的分离技术。

Abstract:Due to the high cost of purifying,the cost for producing maize silk(Stigma maydis) flavones and its monomer was high.Through comparing the traditional method with the current one for extracting and purifying maize silk,the purifying technology of the maize silk flavones was suggested using simulated moving bed chromatography with dynamic axial compression columns.
