| Abstract: | This paper introduced the financing status of private enterprises,emphasizing the financing predicament which private enterprises are now facing and the possible causes.Furthermore,several countermeasures and suggestions were proposed involving the quality improvement of private enterprise,main role of bank in financing,improvement of credit evaluation and credit guarantee systems. |
