糖肽酮萜素在生长肥育猪中的应用效果

摘    要:选择30 kg杜长大三元杂交猪120头,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计分为3组:空白对照组(饲喂基础饲粮)、抗生素对照组(在基础饲粮中添加金霉素)和试验组(在基础饲粮中添加糖肽酮萜素)。结果表明,与空白对照组比较,糖肽酮萜素可明显提高猪的日增重和饲料转化率并且显著降低腹泻率,与抗生素表现出等同的生产应用效果。研究结论:糖肽酮萜素取代抗生素作为生长肥育猪的饲料添加剂是完全可行的。

Abstract:120 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire growing-finishing pigs were divided into three groups randomly in this single factor test trial.The control group Ⅰwas fed with basal diet and the control groupⅡwas fed with basal diet plus antibiotics,and the experimental group was fed with basal diet added SOPIS(Soybean Oligosaccharides,Peptides,Isoflavones and Saponins).The result of feeding trial indicated that compared with control groupⅠSOPIS remarkably improved daily gain,feed/gain as well as diarrhea rate.Furthermore,three indexes of the experimental group was the same as control groupⅡ.According to the results obtained from this study we can draw the conclusion as follows: adding SOPIS in growing-finishing pig diet can completely substitute antibiotics feed additive.
