摘    要:玉米子粒含油量的变异一般都是可遗传的,玉米油分在遗传上由众多的微效基因控制,而且表现较高的遗传力,大部分群体含油量的遗传力在0.3%~0.6%之间。通过混合选择或轮回选择的途径,有效地选出了若干高油玉米群体和自交系。利用高油玉米子粒含油量的高遗传力选育高油玉米自交系和二环系是促进高油玉米育种的重要手段之一。

Abstract:The oil content of maize kernel is usually heritable,and oil content was controlled by many micro-effected genes,represent level range from 0.3 to 0.6 percent.Through the methods of the commix selection or the recurrent selection,some high oil groups and inbred lines were selected.It is the main methods to improve oil content of maize by selecting high oil inbred lines and second cycle lines using high heritability of high oil content in maize kernel.
