| 摘 要： | 区域生态经济评价可为其生态建设与可持续发展提供科学依据。介绍了模糊评价的基本思路,结合山东省实际,从生态经济系统原理出发,选择了24个指标构建评价指标体系,以地级市为基本单元,采用模糊评价方法进行评价。得出山东省17地市整体生态经济水平不高的结论。发现经济和社会发展水平对山东省生态经济水平梯度影响较大,而生态与环境状况对其影响较小。最后,把山东省17地市划分为4种生态经济类型,对模糊评价中需注意的事项进行了说明。

| Abstract: | The evaluation index of regional eco-economy provides the scientific basic for its ecological construction and sustainable development.The author introduces the basic thinking of the fuzzy evaluation and puts forward the evaluation system including 24 indexes on the basic of the principle of eco-economy system and local conditions in Shandong province.The evaluation results by using the evaluation system showed that 17 evaluated cities were divided into four eco-economy types and the entirety eco-economy level of 17 evaluated cities in Shandong province was low,and the economic and social development level had important effects on eco-economy level gradient in Shandong but the ecological and environment situation had little effect on eco-economy level gradient. |
