近代安徽农村合作社指导主体嬗变研究

近代安徽农村合作社的产生与发展得力于外在指导力量。合作社指导主体主要经历了多元倡导和政府主导两个阶段,从社会力量为主到政府全面介入,政府权力日益强化,社会力量逐渐退出。期间,合作社量增质忧,充分暴露出农民地位问题、政府定位问题和社会作为问题等。从近代安徽农村合作社指导主体的演变中可看出,正确处理合作社发展中农民、政府和社会三者关系是合作社发展中的关键所在,这无疑仍具有重要的现实意义。

Evolution of Guiding Subjects of Modern Anhui Rural Cooperatives

The emergence and development of modern Anhui rural cooperatives relied on external guidance. The guiding subjects of the cooperatives mainly underwent two development stages, pluralistic advocating and government leading, during which the guiding subjects evolved from the initial social force taking the prominent position to the government fully getting involved in the cooperative affairs. With the strengthening of government management, social force gradually withdrew, and problems arose in such aspects as farmers'' status and government''s orientation and inaction due to the worsening operation of increasing cooperatives. It can be seen, from such evolution, that to correctly handle the relationship among farmers, government and society is the key to the development of the cooperatives, and it is undoubtedly of practical significance.
