基于面板数据的金融扶贫效果探析——以安徽省为例

基于系统GMM方法的安徽省16个城市2010—2018年动态面板模型研究表明,金融发展规模对贫困减缓的影响要大于金融贷款效率对贫困减缓的影响。同时,贫困具有持续性,金融发展能够有效减缓贫困,而经济增长也能起到减缓贫困的作用。金融扶贫作为扶贫攻坚尤其是农村扶贫措施的一部分,在促进我国农村产业发展、减缓贫困的进程中能够起到重要的作用。从发展视角来看,今后亟待积极地扩展金融发展规模,进一步着力于完善征信体系,并切实提升对金融扶贫的有效管控。

An Effect Analysis of Poverty Alleviation through Finance Based on Panel Data: Taking Anhui Province as an Example

Based on the system GMM method, this study analyzes the dynamic panel model of 16 Anhui cities from 2010 to 2018. Results reveal that:financial development scale has a greater effect on poverty alleviation than financial loan efficiency; although poverty is continuative in nature, financial development can effectively reduce it, and economic growth also plays a role over the issue. As a measure taken in the critical battle against poverty especially for rural areas, poverty alleviation through finance can play a significant role in promoting China''s rural industrial development and reducing poverty. From the development perspective, it is an urgent need to actively expand the financial development scale, make greater efforts to complete credit system, and effectively improve the management and control of poverty alleviation through finance.
