鹅禁食时间对肠食糜排空及代谢能测值的影响

摘    要:48只青年鹅用于评定禁食时间对肠食糜排空和代谢能测值的影响。强饲玉米、豆饼或苜蓿粉后,分别于12,24或36小时将鹅宰杀,测定素囊、肌腺胃、盲肠、小肠及直肠内容物,并以禁食96小时肠内容物作为代谢性干物质,计算食糜滞留率。结果表明,(1)强饲玉米后禁食12小时,总食糜滞留率稍高于禁食24及36小时(P>0.05);(2)强饲豆饼后禁食12小时,总食糜滞留率(19.83%)显著地高于禁食24及36小时(分别为7.18%和5.82%)(P<0.01),其主要滞留部位是小肠;(3)强饲苜蓿粉后禁食12小时,总食糜滞留率(12.23%)显著地高于禁食24及36小时(分别为5.16%和4.99%)(P<0.05),其主要滞留部位是肌胃。(4)代谢能测定结果表明,禁食12小时玉米代谢能值与禁食24,36小时基本一致。配合料、苜蓿粉代谢能测值,禁食12小时高于24及36小时,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。豆饼代谢能测值,禁食12小时显著高于24及36小时(P<0.05)。

Abstract:This trial was to evaluate influence of fasting time on emptying gastrointesinal digesta and measured values of metabolizable energy using goslings. The goslings were force-fed on corn, soybean meal, and alfalfa powder, respectively, then those goslings were killed at given fasting interval of 12, 24 or 36h after force-feeding to determine the digesta contents in foregut, small intestine, cecum and colon. The reten- tion rates (RR) of digesta were calculated. The results obtained were as follows: (1)Corn: RR(6.56%) of the total tracts after 12b. fasting(P>0.05) approximate to RR of 24h(5.82%) or 36h(5.33%) fasting. (2)Soybean meal:RR(19.85%) of the total tract after 12h fasting was significantly(P<0.01) higher than those after 24h(7.18%) or 36h(5.82%) fasting and the relented digesta mostly existed in the small intestine. (3) Alfalfa powder: RR(12.23% ) of the total tract at 12h interval was significantly(P<0.05) higher than those at 24h(5.16) and 36h(4.99%) interval. Most retented digesta were in the gizzard. (4)The results of measured metabolizable energy values also demostrated that ME values of corn were similar after 12h, 24h or 36h fasting interval, a fomulated feed and alfalfa values were higher after 12h fasting interval than those after 24h or 36h fasting, but the difference was not significant. ME value of soybean meal after 12h fasting was significantly higher (P<0.05) than those after 24h or 36h fasting interval.
