富硒矿粉对不同小麦品种(系)富硒效应的初步研究

摘    要:对小麦鄂恩4号、998042 2个品种(系)施用3种不同含硒量的富硒矿粉,结果表明:①施用富硒矿粉能够提高小麦植株的含硒量,3种矿粉处理的茎、叶含硒量为0.032~0.055 mg/kg,平均0.043 8 mg/kg,比对照增加143.3%;②高含硒量富硒矿粉的效果优于低含硒量矿粉,但施用含量为1 494 mg/kg矿粉的小麦茎叶平均含硒量比含量为104 mg/kg的矿粉仅高65.81%,说明较低含量的矿粉同样具有应用价值;③不同时期的小麦含硒量不同,苗期较低、后期较高,说明硒元素在小麦中存在着一个积累过程;④不同遗传基础小麦品种(系)的聚硒效果不同,鄂恩4号小麦的富硒效果优于998042品系,两者在苗期的差别较大,灌浆期的差别较小。

Abstract:Three kinds of rich selenium ore powders with different selenium contents were applied in two wheat cultivars: E-en No.4 and 998042.The results showed that:the selenium content of wheat plants could be improved by the application of rich selenium ore powders.The selenium content of the stem and leaf dealt with three kinds of ore powders was from 0.032 mg/kg to 0.055 mg/kg,and the average was 0.043 8 mg/kg,which was increased by 143.3 % compared with the Check.The effect of ore powders with high selenium content was better than the low,but the average selenium content of the stem and leaf in the treatment of the ore powders of selenium content 1 494 mg/kg was higher(65.81%) than that of 104 mg/kg.It showed that the ore powders with low selenium content also had greatly application value.The selenium content of the wheat was different in different growth stages that was lower during the period of the seedling and higher during late period,which indicated that the selenium absorption had an accumulated process.The effect of selenium absorption was different among wheat cultivars of different genotypes.The effect of E-en No.4 was better than 998042.They had a great difference in the seedling stage,but little in the grain-filling stage.
