| 摘 要： | 对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒持续感染与保护性免疫应答机制目前尚未完全阐明,有报道认为病毒中和抗体对抗感染不起保护性作用,甚至起负作用。近年来的研究结果表明,中和抗体在保护性免疫中起重要作用。文章针对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒持续感染与清除,病毒抗原表位与中和抗体的产生机制,病毒感染动物免疫应答反应模型,病毒中和抗体在保护性免疫中的作用等内容做一综述。

| Abstract: | It has been little known about the persistent infection and protective immune mechanism for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV).The neutralizing antibodies against PRRSV has been considered to be ineffective for PRRSV-protective immune response.The recent research demon strated that the neutralizing antibodies played a very important role in the protective immune response.This paper reviews PRRSV persistent infection and virus elimination mechanism,the viral antigen epitopes and the production of neutralizing antibodies,the model of infection and immune response against PRRSV in swine,the role of neutralizing antibodies in the protective immunity. |
