农村土地流转的经济动因分析

介绍了农村土地流转市场上的利益主体——土地的供给者（农户）和需求者（农业大户）的特征,指出农户由于管理能力和市场应变能力差,如果有人愿意出较高的租金,农户就有可能将全部或部分承包地以转包形式出租;农业大户由于综合素质较高,能适时引进农业新技术,市场应变能力和经营决策能力强,擅长经营高效农业、规模农业。通过建立成本收益函数对农村土地流转主体的成本收益进行分析,探讨了农村土地流转的经济动因。结果表明,农村土地流转是在经济利益驱动下,相关主体对各自的成本收益进行预期分析,按效益最优化配置;只有在相关各主体的利益得到保障或得以改善时,农村土地流转才能顺畅进行;提出只有保证农产品价格的上扬、推动农业科技的进步、降低流转费用和促进形成农业规模等建议,以期推动农村土地流转快速、有序、健康地发展。
