| 摘 要： | 农业可持续发展能力,在很大程度上决定着农村经济的前途和未来。因而在全面策划区域经济发展模式的过程中,要从当地实际情况出发,创新思维方式,改进发展思路,挖掘资源潜能,增强发展能力,建立农业可持续发展的体制与机制。通过科技先导,充分发挥区域综合优势,以厚积薄发、"强身健体"的方式,抓住主线,重点突破,从根本上增强农村经济可持续发展的活力和后劲。
