红松改良代种子园建立技术的研究

摘    要:“七五”期间在国内红松自然分布区内3个亚区,9个产地选择优树采种营造子测定林。对108株优树子代12年生高生长测定分析表明,北亚区带岭优树子代表现最好,从9个产地中选择带岭一个产地的优树入选率为0.11,遗传增益达20.7%。在此基础上进行产地内家系选择,由经过改良的繁殖材料采用新法高接建立的改良代种子园遗传增益可达28.1%,提前成园5~10a。

Abstract:During 1985 to 1989, the determinative forests of Korean pine filial generation were afforested with seed collected from 3 sub-area and 9 provenances within the natural distribution range. Based on the 12-year-old height growth of 108 elite trees, the filial generation of Dailing in north sub-area was proved superior. Among 9 provenances, the qualified rate of elite trees collected from Dailing was 0.11, and genetic gain reached 20.7%. According to this, the family selection was done among families, and the genetic gain of the improved seed orchard composed of improved breeding materials with the new method of high grafting could come to 28.1%.
