摘    要:目的]研究常用农药与球孢白僵菌复配对甜菜夜蛾的毒力。方法]研究6种杀虫剂和3种杀菌剂对球孢白僵菌菌丝生长的影响。选择与球孢白僵菌相容性好的4种杀虫剂甲维盐、除尽、铁沙掌和康夫,用它们的亚致死剂量和次亚致死剂量分别与白僵菌菌悬液复配,对甜菜夜蛾进行室内毒力测定。结果]含农药浓度高的复配剂的杀虫效果好于含低剂量农药的复配剂 且杀虫效果好的农药,其复配剂的防效也高。药后第2天,含甲维盐和除尽的复配剂校正防效达到了53.0%~70.0%,到第10天时,校正防效达到了92.0%以上,其中含甲维盐的复配剂的防效都达到了97.7%。结论]为制备高效、低毒的生物制剂提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the virulence of the mixture of common pesticides with Beauveria bassiana against Spodoptera exigua(Hübner).Method] Six kinds of insecticides and three kinds of fungicides were chose to determine the effects on mycelial growth of B.bassiana.In terms of the result,four kinds of insecticides with more compatibility were picked out,which were Jiaweiyan,Chujin,Tieshazhang and Kangfu.Then,the four insecticides at 1/5 and 1/10 conventional field use concentrations were mixed with the suspension of B.bassiana at concentration of 1×107 spores/ml respectively,to study the effects of the mixture against S.exigua(Hübner).Result] The mixture containing insecticides at low concentration were less effective than that at high concentration.Two days after treatment,the controlling effects of the mixture containing Jiaweiyan and Chujin increased to 53.0%-70.0%.Ten days after treatment,the controlling effects were up to over 92.0%.And the controlling effects of the two kinds of mixture containing Jiaweiyan both came to 97.7%.Conclusion] The study can provide the scientific basis for preparing the high effective and lower toxic biological preparation.
