摘    要:[目的]建立利用B—Z振荡反应分析检测大白菜中维生素C含量的方法。[方法]样品经处理后,在最佳浓度及温度条件下测定Vc含量。[结果]通过线性回归,标准曲线的相关系数r=0.9988,测得样品平均含量为50.98%,RSD为1.03%。[结论]该方法干扰少,准确度高,灵敏、简便、快速,

Abstract:[ Objective ] To establish the determination way of Vitamin C in cabbage by B-Z oscillating reactions. [ Method ] To determine Vitamin C content in the processed sample under the optimum concentration and the temperature condition. [ Result] Through the linear regression, specification curve's correlation coefficient r = 0. 998 8, to get the sample mean content is 50.98%, RSD is 1.03%. [ Conclusion]This method enjoys characteristics of less interference, high accuracy, high sensitivity, simplicity and fastness.
