低聚木糖对犊牛生长性能和血液生化指标的影响

选用7日龄左右的母犊牛15头,分为3组,每组5头。要求胎次、体重相近或相同,遗传组成基本相似,健康状况良好。其中1组为对照组,不添加任何添加剂;2、3组为试验组,分别添加5和10 g·d-1.头-1的低聚木糖。3组犊牛的初始体重差异均不显著(P>0.05)。每组采食相同的精料补充料(开食料)和粗料,自由采食,自由饮水,试验期42 d。结果表明,添加5 g·d-1.头-1组的平均日增重显著高于对照组和添加10 g·d-1.头-1组(P<0.05);添加低聚木糖可以降低血清中尿素氮的含量;5 g·d-1.头-1组血清中低密度脂蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),添加低聚木糖对犊牛其他血液指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。

Effects of xylo-oligosaccharide(XOS) on performance and serum indexes in dairy calf

A total of 15 calves with 7-day-old were divided into 3 groups with 5 in each group.Each group was accorded to the principle of body weight and birth similarity.The first group was control group,the second and the third group were fed with the same diets which were added 5 g·d-1 and 10 g·d-1 XOS per calf,res-pectively.There were no significant difference among groups of newborn calves(P>0.05).Each group was fed the same milk,calf starter,hay,and nutrient composition in 42 d.The results indicated that the ADG of 5 g·d-1 group was significantly higher than that of control group and 10 g·d-1 group(P<0.05),the LDL of 5 g·d-1 group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the decreases of BUN in 5 g·d-1 and 10 g·d-1 groups were better than that in control group.
