陆地棉棉秆解剖构造和基本密度的研究

摘    要:对棉秆的解剖构造、纤维形态、组织比量、基本密度进行了初步研究,结果显示棉秆构造与阔叶散孔材构造很类似,棉秆木质部含量为81.46%,木纤维含量62.22%;棉皮纤维长度1 654μm,长宽比96,壁腔比0.98;木纤维长度1 023μm,长宽比52,壁腔比0.5;棉秆各部分基本密度为根部0.353 g.cm-3、地表处0.388 g.cm-3、高40 cm处0.319 g.cm-3、高80 cm处0.272 g.cm-3。从测定结果来看,木纤维含量高,纤维长度长、长宽比大、壁腔比小于1,是很好的造纸和纤维工业用材。另外结合我国木材资源紧缺以及材料环保要求的不断提高,为棉秆的综合利用提供科学依据。
