摘    要:对玉米胞质雄性不育系的多种利用方式进行了增产因素的分析比较,结果表明:自交系、制种试验中不育系的处理都有一定的增产作用;恢复型不育单交种和雄性不育化单交种的增产机理一致,都是通过降低穗长的变异系数,提高果穗的整齐度对产量产生影响。雄性不育与人工去雄的作用基本一致,都能对制种和大田生产起到增产的效果。

Abstract:The application method of cytoplasmic male sterile line was researched.The result showed that the treatment to inbred line and male sterile line in seeds production had the effect on yield-increasing and the mechanism of the yielding-increasing in restorer-sterile single-hybrids and sterility male-sterile single-hybrids was same.So,both the male sterile and artificial emasculation can improve yield.
