| 摘 要： | 本试验以江苏地方山羊为材料,经FSH超数排卵后,在发情后不同时间屠宰母山羊,并冲洗输卵管获取卵子。试验中发现山羊的排卵时间为发情开始后18～20小时,排卵时部分卵子尚未完成第1次成熟分裂。

| Abstract: | Jiangsu native goats were used in this experiment. The goats were superovulated with FSH and slaughted at the different times after the onset of estrus, and the oviducts were flushed to collect the oocytes. It was demonstrated that the time of ovulation in goat was about 18-20 hours after the onset of estrus, and some ovulated oocytes had not finished 1st meiosis. |
