立枯丝核菌拮抗菌的分离鉴定及其生理特性研究

摘    要:通过平板对峙试验,从67份土样中分离筛选出对立枯丝核菌抑菌带宽度超过10 mm的3株放线菌和5株细菌,对其中的强拮抗菌株B1和B4进行了生理生化反应鉴定,结合其菌落特征,初步将细菌B1确定为环状芽孢杆菌,细菌B4确定为多粘芽孢杆菌;同时研究发现细菌B1生长适温在34~38℃之间,B4生长适温在28~32℃之间,B1和B4生长的最适pH值分别为6.5、7左右,细菌B1最高可耐5%的盐度,细菌B4的最高可耐盐度为3%。

Abstract:Using dual culture,3 strains of actinomycete and 5 strains of bacterium which inhibition zone width against Rhizoctonia solani above 10 mm,were screened from 67 soil samples of Hanyuan county,Pingshan county of Sichuan and Sidonggou region of Guizhou.The strain B1 and strain B4 were found having most antagonistic effects on Rhizoctonia solani among these screened microbes.According to their colony features and physio-biochemical reactions,strain B1 had been identified as Bacillus circulans,while strain B4 a...
