摘    要:蚜虫是同翅目中个体小,变异大的一个昆虫类群,有很多种类是农林业上的重要害虫,部分种类为资源昆虫,经济价值较高。将分子遗传标记技术应用于蚜虫的种类鉴定、生物型识别和生态学的研究,正成为热点,故此对蚜虫研究中的主要分子遗传标记技术、研究内容和结果进行了综述,并展望了其应用前景。

Abstract:Aphid is a big group in the Homoptera insects. Most of them are small, highly variable and have many kinds of life styles. Many species of aphids are harmful for agriculture and forestry, however, some species are beneficial for human beings and were named as resource insects. Application of genetic markers on identification of species and bio-type, and ecological study are becoming a hot research spot. The major techniques, research content and research results on molecular genetic marker were reviewed, and the prospect on the application of this techniques was described.
