利用近红外光谱仪测定小麦品质指标曲线的准确性分析

摘    要:对Perten公司和农业部品质监督检验测试中心(哈尔滨)提供测定小麦品质曲线的准确性进行了验证分析。结果显示:(1)应用Perten公司提供小麦曲线测试的小麦品质指标中粗蛋白和湿面筋预测值与化学法测定值相关性较高。(2)农业部品质监督检验测试中心(哈尔滨)提供的小麦曲线分析小麦品质性状中,粗蛋白、湿面筋及吸水率与化学法相关性较高。因此,利用近红外光谱仪分析小麦粗蛋白和湿面筋性状的结果,可以作为小麦品质育种的参考。

Abstract:The accuracy of wheat curves that provided by Perten Instruments and the Quality and Supervision Testing Center of China Agriculture Ministry (Harbin)was verified. The results showed that:(1) crude protein and wet gluten of Perten instructions curves have a high relationship between predictive and chemical value. (2) crude protein, wet gluten and absorption of wheat curves which provided by the Quality and supervision Tsting Center of China Agriculture Ministrut (Harbin) also have a high relationship between predictive and chemical value. Crude protein and wet gluten should be used and Assistant by quality breeding of wheat.
