摘 要: | 目的优选孔枕益智片中五味子有效成分五味子醇甲提取工艺方法.方法采用正交设计试验,以HPLC测得五味子醇甲的含量为观察指标对五味子提取工艺进行优化.结果优选工艺为五味子以8、6、6倍量80%乙醇提取3次,提取时间均为3 h.结论所选提取工艺稳定、可行.

Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extraction process of active ingredients Schizandrin in Schizandra in Kongzhen Yizhi tablet.MethodThe content of schizandrin in the tablet measured by HPLC was taken as the observed index to optimize the extraction process of Schizandra with orthogonal design method.ResultsThe optimum extraction process of Schizandra was that the Schizandra was isolated 3 times with 80% ethanol which was 8,6 and 6 folds of the herbs in weight,and the each extracting time was 3 hour.ConclusionThis optimized process is stable and efficient. |
