影响病理诊断质量因素研究

目的探讨如何在新的环境下提高病理的诊断水平.方法参照国内外病理学临床经验及国内制定的各种规范,结合工作实际进行总结.结果病理医技人员缺乏,再加上准入制度不健全,使各种高精尖的诊断手段无法开展,难以实施切片复核制度,从而导致病理诊断水平低,不利于临床的进一步治疗.结论提高病理医师的准入门槛,改善切片质量,实行质量控制,加强医技人员的再培训,是提高病理诊断水平的主要因素.

Factors Affecting the Quality of Pathological Diagnosis

Objective To discuss how to improve the current pathological diagnosis.MethodThe present situation in pathological diagnosis and the factors affecting pathological diagnosis were summarized by referring to domestic and foreign experiences in pathological diagnosis and our own experiences.ResultsAt present,lacking experienced pathologic doctors,having defective role for practitioner entrance and being not applied many new technology have led to the present embarrassment in pathologic diagnosis.ConclusionTo lift the certification of the pathological doctors admittance,improve the quality of slice,execute control of quality and enhance the retraining of technicians are the main factors to improve the level of pathological diagnosis.
