植物生长调节剂对华北落叶松造林的影响及生理生化效应

摘    要:本研究采用 3种处理 4个重复的随机区组试验设计 ,对造林后华北落叶松苗木地上和地下生长指标以及苗木生理生化指标进行了测定和分析 ,以探讨绿色植物生长调节剂对华北落叶松造林的影响及其作用机制。对造林成活率、新梢生长量、地径、新根数、根鲜重和生物量的测定和综合分析结果表明 ,采用M - 3试剂蘸根结合生长期喷施 15 / 浓度的ABT - 6效果最好。对三个处理华北落叶松苗木生理生化指标的测定分析结果表明 ,ABT - 6和M - 3能够促进造林苗木的生长 ,其原因在于能够有效地调节苗木内源激素的水平 ,试验中使苗木体内生长素增加了 32 6 6 % ,脱落酸下降了 6 6 3% ,同时提高了超氧化物岐化酶和色氨酶的活性。

Abstract:To explore the growth effects and physiological and biochemical effects of plant growth regulator (ABT-6 and M-3) on afforestation of \%Larix precipis-ruprectii\%, a random blocks experiment with three treatments and four repeats of every treatment was designed and used. As growth indices, the survival rate, the height growth,base diameter, new root number, root fresh weight and biomass of individual tree were investigated and analyzed. The result indicated that the best treatment method was dipping seedling roots with M-3, combining with leave-spraying of ABT-6 permeable solution of 15 / in growing period. The physiological and biochemical effects of the three treatments in young tree of \%Larix principis-rupprechtii\% plantation were studied by measurement of some physiological and biochemical indices, such as contents of GA3, Z, IAA, RA and ABA. The result showed the functional mechanics of plant growth regulators in young tree of \%Larix precipis-ruprectii\%. ABT-6 and M-3 could observably regulate the inner hormone levels. Growth hormone increased by 32 66%, ABA decreased by 6 63%, at the same time, the contents and the activity of SOD and Tryptophan transaminase also increased.
