The characteristics of resistant isolates of Xanthomonas or yzae to Saikuzuo

Isolates of X.oryzae pv.oryzae (X.o.o.) resistant to Saikuzuo N, N-methylene-di(2-amino-5-sulfurhydrogen-1, 3, 4-thioazole)] were selected from laboratory and field for the study of their characteristics. The laboratory resistant mutants had no pathogenicity on rice, and the field resistant isolates did not show resistance to Saikuzuo in vitro.
