| 摘 要： | 为加快现代化大农业三步走,实现百年垦区建设目标,在深入理解垦区现代化大农业内涵的基础上,分析了垦区发展现代化大农业的优势效应,认为垦区在资源、区位、经济发展、农业基础设施、农业产业化、科技以及政策等方面优势效应明显,从而推进垦区现代化大农业示范区建设.

| Abstract: | In order to accelerate the three-step strategic of modernized big agriculture and achieve the centenary development target,we analysed the superiority effect of developing modernized big agriculture in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area based on understanding the content of modernized big agriculture in Reclamation Area.We think that the superiority effect in the following aspects is obvious,they are resources,the development of economy,agricultural infrastructure,agricultural industrialization,technology and policies.This will promote the building of demonstration area of modernized big agriculture in Reclamation Area. |
