农村生活污水培养杜氏盐藻的初步研究

摘    要:通过以含有不同浓度(0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%)的农村生活污水的培养基培养杜氏盐藻,研究了不同浓度的农村生活污水对杜氏盐藻生长、β-胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素a含量、蛋白质含量及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明:盐藻在各种处理培养基中都能生存,当培养到第21天时,不含污水样品的β-胡萝卜素含量和叶绿素a含量最高,含100%污水样品的β-胡萝卜素含量和叶绿素a含量最低,含60%的污水样品的蛋白质含量最高,含100%的污水的样品可溶性糖含量最高。可见,用适当浓度的农村生活污水可以培养杜氏盐藻。

Abstract:The Dunaliella salina was cultured in the medium contained different concentration of rural domestic sewage(0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%),the effect of different concentration rural domestic sewage on the growth,the content of β-carotene,chlorophyll a,protein and soluble sugar of Dunaliella salina was studied.The results showed that Dunaliella salina could survive and grow in all samples.When it was cultured 21 days,contain 0 of the sewage samples of the acculmu-lation of contained β-carotene and chlorophyll a were the highest,contain 100% of the sewage samples of the acculmu-lation of contained β-carotene and chlorophyll a were the lowest,contain 60% of sewage samples of protein content was the highest,contain 100% of the sewage samples of soluble sugar was the highest.Thus,it was clearly that the Dunaliella salina could be cultured in the appropriate concentration of rural domestic sewage.
