| 摘 要： | 利用木瓜芽孢进行愈伤组织的诱导,采用渗漉法对木瓜愈伤组织中的齐墩果酸进行了提取,然后用薄层层析法对齐墩果酸进行了分离,用比色法进行测定.筛选出最适合愈伤组织生长的培养基为,MS+2,4-D2.5 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1,木瓜愈伤组织中游离齐墩果酸的含量为0.078%.通过木瓜愈伤组织进行齐墩果酸的...

| Abstract: | Object: in this study,Chaenomeles lagenaria spore callus was induced.Method: the oleanolic acid in Chaenomeles lagenari callus was extracted by the percolation method,and the oleanolic acid was separated by the thin layer chromatography assay(TLC),finally the content of oleanolic acid was determined by colorimetric method.Result: the best culture medium of callus growing is MS+2,4-D2.5 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1.The content of free oleanolic acid in C.lagenari callus is 0.078%.Conclusion: the method of extracting and determining from Chaenomeles lagenaria callus is feasible. |
