阿米西达对水稻稻瘟病菌的毒力测定

摘    要:采用菌丝生长速率法用阿米西达对黑龙江省稻瘟病菌的毒力作用进行了测定,其中阿米西达的嘧菌酯含量为25%,供试水稻稻瘟病菌93个.实验结果表明:阿米西达对水稻稻瘟病菌的菌丝生长具有明显的抑制作用,93个供试稻瘟病菌菌株EC50值2.18 ~11.3μg·mL-1,抗药性监测的敏感基线值为4.64μg·mL-1.在药剂浓度为...

Abstract:The toxicity measurement of Azoxystrobin on rice blast pathogen Magnaporthe grisea was tested with the method of growth rate in this paper.The content of the Azoxystrobin was 25%,and there were 93 Magnaporthe grisea in this measurement.The result showed that,Azoxystrobin had obviously inhibitory effect on the growth of Magnaporthe grisea.The EC50 of the 93 Magnaporthe grisea was 2.18~11.3 μg·mL-1,and the sensitive base line of the resistance monitoring was 4.64 μg·mL-1.When reagent concentration is 4.64 μg·mL-1,the inhibition rate of pathogens sporulation is more than 40%,both the sensitive strains ZYWD and the inhibition rate of spore germination come up to 98%,which showed that the Azoxystrobin has greatly inhibiting effect on the Magnaporthe grisea.
