农业高职院校服务“三农”方式及长效机制的建立

服务＂三农＂是农业高职院校义不容辞的责任和义务。阐述了各类农业高职院校服务＂三农＂的有效方式与途径,即短期培训、骨干培训、定向培养、产学合作、社会实践、媒体普及、专家大院和科技共建。在新的历史条件下,建立服务＂三农＂的长效机制,即建立健全组织机构,实行统一领导机制;完善服务＂三农＂政策保障机制;建立＂三农＂服务多方合作的长效机制和建立相应的帮扶机制。
