摘    要:乳制品中嗜酸乳杆菌与人体健康息息相关,随着国内外众多学者对嗜酸乳杆菌的生物学特性、功能性及应用等方面研究的不断深入,人们越来越认识到嗜酸乳杆菌的益生特性,着重介绍了乳制品中益生菌嗜酸乳杆菌的益生特性及其在各行业的应用情况.

Abstract:Lactobacillus acidophilus in dairy products is closely related to human health,with deeper and deeper study of many domestic and foreign scholars on the biological properties,functionality and application of Lactobacillus acidophilus.The increasing recognition of the probiotic properties of Lactobacillus acidophilus.are realized,and its probiotic properties and its application in various industries are studied in this paper.
