摘    要:以柚苷酶产生菌黑曲霉FY01—4为试验菌株,采用紫外线和60Co-γ射线进行复合诱变,经摇瓶复筛选育出一株柚苷酶高产菌株C15,酶活达1285.6U/mL,是出发菌株的3.59倍。连续传代10代,酶活仍保持在1200~1300U/mL之间,菌株产酶稳定性良好,可作为生产柚苷酶的优良菌株。

Abstract:A producing strain of naringinase -Aspergillus niger FY01-4 was taken as experimental strain, using ultraviolet ray and 60 Co-γray to complex mutagenize it. Then, a high-producing strain of naringinase C15 was secondarily screened with shake bottle, whose enzyme activity reached 1 285.6 U/mL and it was 3.59 times higher than that of original strain. Serial passage 10 generations, the enzyme activity of C15 kept in a range of 1 200 U/mL to 1 300 U/mL, the stability of producing strain was great, it could be a choiceness strain to produce naringinase.
