营养素的抗疲劳作用

摘    要:本文综述了几种主要营养素的抗疲劳作用。营养是一切活动的基础,营养素直接影响人体的机能活动.科学合理地摄取营养素具有抗拒疲劳的作用。能源物质耗竭、内环境紊乱、自由基增多、神经递质失衡是造成疲劳的主要原因。糖、脂肪、蛋白质三大营养物是机能活动的能量来源,适量的糖原和脂肪储备是保证体力活动中能量供应的必要条件,适当补充糖和蛋白质可提高机体耐力。维生素和微量元素可以维持内环境的稳定和酶活性,提高机体抗氧化能力,防止自由基增多。高F值制剂(支链氨基酸比例较高的制剂)可纠正血浆及脑中氨基酸的病态模式,防止神经递质失衡。

Abstract:The antiratigue function of some main nutrients was summarized in tnis article.Nutrition is the basis of all activities. Nutrients have a direct influence on physiology function of the body. Taking nutri-ents rationally and scientifically can enhance antifatigue ability . The main causes of fatigue includes de-pletion of energy substances, increase of free radicals, changes of internal environment and imbalance of nervous delivery substances. The catalysis of carbohydrate, fat and protein is the source of energy for physical activities. It is necessary that deposit glycogen and fat properly for the body to keep its function at some specific level for a long period of time. Taking carbohydrate and protein reasonably can make fa-tigue generated late and disappeared quickly. Vitamines and inorganic nutritive elements play a very im-portant role in maintaining the stability of internal environment and the activity of enzymes , they can al-so improve the antioxidation ability of the body. High F value preparation (preparation with a high branch-chained amino acid propotion) can correct the diseased pattern of amino acid in brain and ser-um, thus prevent the imbalance of nervous delivery substances.
