| 摘 要： | 农产品加工业是发展海峡西岸现代农业的重要环节之一。本文在介绍加快发展农产品加工业的经济社会背景的基础上，分析了加快发展农产品加工业对海峡西岸经济区建设的重大意义，福建农产品加工业发展的现状，并提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Agroproduct processing industry is an important aspect of developing modem agriculture on the west side of the Straits. Based on the economic and social background of accelerating agroproduct processing industry development, the great significance of accelerating agroproduct processing industry development for building an economic zone on the west side of the Straits is analyzed, its current situation is expounded and the countermeasures are proposed. |
