摘    要:目的]为百合切花保鲜技术的应用提供理论依据。方法]用蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉、柠檬酸等配成2种保鲜剂对西伯利亚和元帅进行切花瓶插处理,研究保鲜剂对百合切花的保鲜效果。结果]切花西伯利亚和元帅瓶插期间的花瓣组织膜透性呈上升趋势,保鲜剂处理均低于对照;可溶性蛋白质含量先升后降,瓶插第4天达到最高值,保鲜剂处理始终高于对照;MDA含量呈上升趋势,对照明显高于保鲜剂处理;CAT活性先升后降,添加基质M的处理②高于处理①和对照。保鲜剂处理的百合切花SOD活性和叶绿素含量显著高于对照,处理②优于处理①。各处理蕾长先增大后减小,元帅处理②的瓣长最大。结论]保鲜剂能延长百合切花的瓶插寿命,增强SOD和CAT活性,增加叶绿素含量,减缓蛋白质降解,延缓切花衰老,提高观赏品质,且处理②优于处理①。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the study was to provide theoretical basis for applying fresh-keeping technology of cut lily flower.Method] The vase treatment on Siberia and Marshal were conducted with 2 kinds of preservatives confected with sucrose,8-hydroxyl quinoline and citric acid etc to study the fresh-keeping effects of preservatives on cut lily flower.Result] The permeability of petal tissue membrane of cut flower Siberia and Marshal showed ascending trend during vase period,that in preservative treatment was lower than that in CK.The soluble protein content first increased and then decreased and reached the highest value on the 4th day during vase period,and that in preservative treatment was always higher than that in CK.MDA content showed ascending trend and was obviously higher in CK than that in preservative treatment.CAT activity first increased and then decreased,that in treatment ②(adding matrix M)was higher than that in treatment ① and CK.SOD activity and chlorophyll content in cut lily flower treated with preservative were significantly higher than that in CK,and treatment ② was superior to treatment ①.The bud lengths first increased and then decreased in each treatment and the petal length of Marshal in treatment ② was biggest.Conclusion] Preservative could extend vase life of cut lily flower,strengthen SOD and CAT activities,increase chlorophyll content,slow protein degradation,delay consenescence of cut flower and enhance ornamental quality,and treatment ② was superior to treatment ①.
