摘    要:为了满足核主泵停机后的紧急注水需求,设计了1种核主泵用非能动紧急注入水供应装置,并对核主泵紧急注入水供应系统结构进行了改进.为验证该结构的可靠性,采用全流量试验台进行轴封注入水关闭试验,分别测试了在轴封注入水断失的情况下,有/无紧急注入水供应+主泵停机(工况A/B),和有紧急注入水水仙花 应+主泵不停机时(工况C)3种不同工况时轴封组件的温度.试验结果表明,安装射流泵后,轴封注入水断失时在主泵不停机情况下,应急注入水及时开启,使得轴封组件温度维持在70 ℃左右而未上升,有效地降低了密封组件温度.文中设计的射流泵装置提高了紧急注入水供应的可靠性,满足设计要求.

Abstract:In order to provide water injection in the emergency condition, a water injection device for nuclear reactor coolant pump was designed. The structure of the water injection device was also optimized. To verify its reliability, the shaft seal water injection closing test was conducted by a full flow test rig. The temperatures at the conditions of A(emergency water injection starting up+main pumps closing down), B(no emergency water injection+main pumps closing down)and C(emergency water injection starting up+main pumps working)were tested when the injection water was disrupted. The results indicated that after a jet pump was planted, the emergency injection system started up in time on the condition of injection water disruption as main pumps were at work. The temperature of the seal components maintained at 70 ℃ and it did not rise in the test, which effectively decreased the temperature of seal components. The designed jet pump improves the reliability of the emergency water injection system and meets the requirement in the actual application.
