河南省小麦白粉菌生理专化的研究

在温室条件下,从1985～1986年来自河南省不同地区的65个小麦白粉菌株,用九个鉴别寄主鉴定出25个生理小种,以3号小种出现频率最高。用5个出现频率较高的小种接种19个小麦品种的结果表明,同一品种对不同小种的反应相似,不同小种的致病力难以区分。从鉴别寄主与7个小种的共生反应初步推导了品种和小种的限定性基因型。讨论了小麦白粉菌群体组成的复杂性和鉴定生理小种方法的缺点。提出应对鉴别寄主和鉴定方法加以改进。

Study on the Physiologic SpeciAlization of Erysiphe graminis f.sp.tritici in Henan Province

Physiologic race surveys of the populations of Erysiphe graminis f.sp.triticiin Henan Province were made in 1985 and 1986.Twenty-five races were identi-fied through tests of 65 single pustule cultures of wheat powdery mildew byusing nine differential varieties.The most common race was race 3,its frequen-cy reached a maximum of 21.19% of all cultures.The distribution of the racesin Henan Province was analysed.The complexity of wheat powdery mildew popu-lation and the identifying methods of physiologic specialization were disscused.
